Oloid Ltd oversaw the construction of our dark kitchen business model. We rolled out 12 dark kitchen throughout the year across London and the UK. All sites were received different conditions and they were able to adapt to each property with ease. Oloid fulfilled our requirements based on cost and timeframes and communicated throughout the entire process so we could open stores immediately without any grace period. Harrison also oversaw the negotiations of the leases and therefore has a very good understanding of commercial property. We are still expanding into new areas and we will be using Oloid for all future builds, dilapidations and general fit outs.
